Education: Dr. Kevin Fogarty is a 1985 graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic. He received advanced certifications in Spinal Biomechanics (FASBE), Spinal Whiplash trauma (CCST), and in 2004 received his Legionar of Chiropractic Philosophers (LCP) from Palmer College.
