Doctor Description: Dr. Ethan Helder grew up in the Brookings area. While attending Brookings High and SDSU, Dr. Helder achieved his black belt in Tae Kwon Do from Victory Martial Arts while studying for his bachelor’s in microbiology with a focus on infectious disease. He loves nutritional therapy, chiropractic, and acupuncture but his true passion is treating complex health issues using all three synergistically. Dr. Helder married his high school sweetheart, Kayla, in 2013 and they’re loving raising their kids on an acreage south of Brookings, SD.

Education: He attended NorthWestern Health Sciences University in Bloomington, MN and attained his Doctor of Chiropractic degree in 2017 and became a Certified Clinician in Whole Food Nutrition in 2019 certified by the International Foundation for Nutrition and Health. Then he pursued the study of acupuncture and became a licensed acupuncturist in 2022.
